Processing Time
Every order at Gift & Story is prepared after you place it. Because our items are personalized for each order or handcrafted with careful attention to detail, please allow 2-4 business days for us to prepare, personalize, and carefully package your item before it ships. Personalized items are laser-engraved or printed with the details you provide.

Shipping Time
We ship internationally from our workshop in Vietnam. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
- Europe: 13-18 business days
- Australia: 8-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and events outside our control such as severe weather.

Shipping Costs
- United States: FREE shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required.
- Canada: $12.95
- Europe and the United Kingdom: $14.95
- Australia: $14.95 (approx. A$22, charged in AUD at checkout)
For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist with reshipment at your cost if needed.
