Processing Time
Every item at Gift & Story is made to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to laser-engrave and carefully package your item before it ships.

Shipping Time
We ship internationally from our workshop in Vietnam. Once shipped, delivery to the United States typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist with reshipment at your cost if needed.
