Our Story

Hi, I'm Hung, the maker behind Gift & Story. I run a small leather and laser-engraving workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, where every piece in this shop is engraved, finished, and packed by hand after you place your order.

Gift & Story started from a simple belief: the best gifts carry a personal message. That's why most of our pieces - keychains, bracelets, necklaces, leather photo frames, and leather pen holders - are personalized with the names, dates, and words you choose for the people you love.

Our keychains and leather frames are laser-engraved with your details, and our bracelets and necklaces come with a message card printed with your personalized note. Our leather frames and pen holders are made from genuine leather. Our keychains, bracelets, and necklaces use materials such as stainless steel and tiger eye stone, as described on each product page.

Who We Are

Gift & Story is operated by hmgiftstory LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, which handles our business and payments for customers in the United States. All products are made in our own workshop in Hanoi and shipped directly from Vietnam with tracking.

How We Work

  • Made to order: 2-4 business days to prepare, personalize, and package
  • Shipped from Vietnam: about 10-15 business days to the United States and Canada (13-18 business days to Europe and the United Kingdom)
  • Every personalization double-checked by a real person before engraving or printing
